Each member of management leads store teams in driving financial results, providing exceptional customer service as well as recruiting and developing top retail talent in each marketplace. Assistant Manager (Hourly) Assistant Managers are responsible for supporting the leadership of the Store Manager and actively managing the sales floor. You will assist with the execution of all operating, visual and human resource processes and disciplines. Sales Lead (Hourly) The Sales Lead is responsible for supporting the management team in achieving financial goals by demonstrating selling behaviors and floor leadership, promoting a positive work environment and executing operational processes and objectives in compliance with company standards and policies. The Sales Lead position is considered a key holder role, not a management role. Job Requirements : Store Manager Candidates must be skilled and experienced retail managers who have a passion to deliver unparalleled customer service and sales results. Open availability is required. A minimum of 2-3 years of management experience is required; specialty apparel retail management is a preferred. Assistant Managers Candidates must be skilled and experienced retail managers who have a passion to deliver unparalleled customer service and sales results. A minimum of 1-2 years of management experience required; specialty apparel retail management is preferred. Full-time Assistant Managers must have open availability. Part-time Assistant Managers must have an availability of 31 hours or more per week. Sales Lead Candidates must have a passion to deliver unparalleled customer service and the ability to lead a team towards meeting/exceeding all sales targets including plan, comp and other key performance indicators. Candidates must also be skilled at ensuring the store team meets tasking goals while also delivering legendary customer service. A minimum of 31 hours of availability are required weekly.
