From PORTLAND:
Take I-5, I-205 or Hwy 217 to 99W to Hwy 18, which runs into Hwy 101. Tanger Outlet Center is on Hwy 101 at mile marker 115.6, East Devils Lake Road, in the heart of Lincoln City.

From SALEM:
Take Hwy I-5 south to Hwy 22 west (follow the signs to Ocean Beaches.) Hwy 22 becomes Hwy 18 to Hwy 101. Tanger Outlet Center is on Hwy 101 at mile marker 115.6, East Devils Lake Road, in the heart of Lincoln City.
